Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. For multiple goods from one order, the period begins with receipt of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement:

You can use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose; it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal in good time.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered, within fourteen days from the date we receive your declaration of withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment as for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from your withdrawal. Please contact us before returning the goods so that we can provide you with the correct return address and shipping instructions. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion for unsealed hygiene articles

The right of withdrawal also initially applies to intimate and hygiene articles delivered sealed. However, it expires if the seal has been removed after delivery and the goods are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Statutory warranty rights in case of defects remain unaffected.

Damaged or incorrect goods

Please check the delivery upon receipt and report damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items immediately to office@amoriacare.com. We will clarify replacement or refund with you.
