Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Austria and Germany.

Shipping Costs

• Austria: 10.90 Euros per order
• Germany: 8.90 Euros per order

The respective binding shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout before completing the order.

Delivery Time

Orders are transferred to our fulfillment partner after successful payment. The estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 6 working days. No processing takes place on weekends and public holidays. In cases of exceptionally high workload, public holidays, or delays by the shipping service provider, delivery may be extended. We will inform you as soon as we become aware of a significant delay.

Discreet Dropshipping

The goods are shipped directly from our specialized fulfillment partner. The packaging is neutral and contains no indication of the content on the outside. Amoria Care remains your contractual partner and contact person for orders, delivery, cancellation, and warranty.

Shipment Tracking

Once the shipment has been handed over, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, if available. It may take up to 24 hours for the shipping service provider to update the status.

Address Details and Delivery Problems

Please check your delivery address before completing the order. Report any recognizable errors immediately to office@amoriacare.com. For undeliverable or unclaimed shipments, the actual costs for a renewed shipment may be charged after prior clarification, provided you are responsible for the cause.

Damaged or Missing Delivery

Please report damaged packages, missing items, or a shipment that has not been delivered despite tracking as soon as possible, stating the order number, to office@amoriacare.com. Photos of the outer packaging and the contents help with processing.
